Today, voice is an application, among many applications in a cloud-based solution. Reflecting on Enterprise Connect 2023, Arnold describes this year’s show as being all about AI. According to Arnold, AI is racing ahead with things such as conversational AI, technologies that can offer a hint of emotion and can understand intent. “This is the year of AI,” pronounces Arnold. Arnold was an active participant and speaker at this year’s conference.
