The High Court heard further details of the case against him when he applied for bail today. His mother Catherine and father John Snr gave evidence in relation to surety and bail conditions.
The application was adjourned due to issues with a CAB bill and tax payments and will be decided upon in two weeks. Meanwhile, his challenge to extradition is expected to be heard.
