6 - Entertainment in Sports - to keep fans engaged there’s a huge emphasis on the entertainment value of those global events. Liberty media said they want the F1 season to be 25 super bowls - but how important is it to find the balance in generating entertainment for the fans and upholding the meritocratic values of the sport? (Even through times of dominance like we’ve seen this year with RB)

7 - How has F1 changed the landscape of sporting/tourism events in Canada? For someone who’s never been to a Grand Prix weekend before how would you describe the vibe? The Montreal GP retains legacy and firm space on the Calendar - What contributions would you say your team take credit in achieving?

8 - The Paddock Club - Recently interviewed the ex director of the paddock club Kate Beavan who gave us great insight into its inception, when you think of the paddock club what moment with the sponsors/fans always sticks with you, and how is data provided by digital experts transposed into new ideas? Are there any examples you could give us?

Kate Beavan is Formula One royalty when it comes to F1 Paddock Club. And today we had the honour of having her over to share her thoughts on F1 with AMG Denz...

2 - qualified as a lawyer and shortly after began working for Tom Walkinshaw who bought the Arrows team. How did that happen and what made drove you take on the opportunity at the time?

3 - In 2003 Bernie Ecclestone asked you to work for him. How would you describe Bernie? What’s he like as a character? Did he have a particular vision of the type of business marketing opportunities he was interested in F1 being linked to at the time?

4 - Your remit was very broad, you worked various high profile deals and commercial opportunities (intellectual property law), licensing, theme parks/F1 in cinemas. Which partnership/commercial business deal excited you the most?

5 - What academic skills from your legal background do you feel made the role easier?

6 - Progression, Director of Formula One Paddock Club - What was so attractive to you about the hospitality business? What changes were you able to creatively influence and implement to add the experience? What is the Formula One Paddock Club?

7 - How has the Paddock Club evolved?

The Paddock Club has been going for over 30 years. F1 was the first modern sport that understood the need and potential for premium, high-end hospitality. What changed radically in the last decade is how you deliver what the client wants. The key selling point of most hospitality used to be fine dining and a great location. In less than 10 years that has changed and now it’s all about the experience. You can no longer distinguish your offering with great food. Now what everyone wants are rich and meaningful experiences. We have had to turn that whole concept of hospitality on its head.

8 - Liberty Media take over - what was it like when the ownership structure changed? How would you say liberties visions and core values differ from those of Bernie Ecclestone?

9 - What are your top 3 favourite Formula one Paddock Club venues/races? Could you share any funny stories or exciting moments with any famous celebrities

10 - What would you like to see? In terms of the future of the F1 Paddock Club + Future patnerships and business collaborations (E.g Tottenham Hotspur’s deal with F1 for a new Go Karting track)

1. Intro - What were your earliest motorsport memories? What was the moment that clicked when you realised you wanted to become an engineer?

2 - You're an aero thermal engineer! For our listeners at home, could you explain what the role entails and how you ended up securing the role? Did you have any jobs or work experience that was similar to the role you have

3 - What are the biggest challenges to being an Aero Thermal engineer? How do you tackle heat management at circuits like Monza, Abu Dhabi? Or is it not compromising cooling for aerodynamic drag?

4 - With the additional wind tunnel time team such as Williams, what benefits does this give the team to trial and develop new parts?

5 - As an engineer on the Aero side, how much of an influence would you say the likes of Adrian Newey have had on F1 and Motorsports globally? Are there any designers that specifically inspired you?

6 - BMW Restoration project - you’re restoring a classic BMW! Tell us about this process? What made you choose this car particularly? Are you going to do a stance build with it, or is it more of original restoration?

7 - Time Attack - You’ve also competed in competitive time attack competitions! Could you explain in principle what a time attack is, and what emphasis there is on creating downforce on cars that have to find the balance between high-speed cornering and little drag?

8 - Advice - What advice would you give to kids and younger people who want to go into the engineering field you have? How do you find the motivation to remain resilient
