Today's guest is retired Marine Staff Sergeant, Jose Luis Sanchez. 

Jose lost his leg from an IED explosion in 2011 while on combat deployment in Afghanistan. Since then he’s led an inspirational effort to support veterans and anyone else looking to overcome mental and physical challenges through his fitness-centered nonprofit, Rise Above Hardship.
