He asserts that the gates of hell, which he defines as the antichrist system, shall not prevail against the church. He references Matthew 24:19-20, which provides a solemn warning to be cautious and discerning in a time when many false prophets are expected to emerge, misleading countless individuals. Joseph highlights the necessity of prayer as a fundamental need, stating that it is God's will that we are delivered from this present evil age. Joseph also shows how the act of prayer can significantly alter circumstances and timelines, urging us to rise to the occasion to reach the lost and proclaim the gospel of the kingdom to the ends of the earth.

Joseph emphasizes the critical importance of interpreting the signs of the times, just like the sons of Issachar, who discerned the times, what to do about them, and were aligned with the right individuals to achieve their mission effectively. He elaborates that when we collaborate with the right people, our God-given gifts spring to life, enabling us to discover our true vision and purpose.

He further stresses the importance of maintaining a Christ-centered focus in our lives, while encouraging us to model our behavior after the New Testament church, which exhibited a proactive response upon receiving a prophecy from Agabus regarding an impending famine.

**Join Dr. Avery & Cara Johnson as they explore general health in connection to our spirit, soul, and body. They highlight the role of peptides in promoting health and energy, discuss the impact of emotional well-being on hormonal balance, and how spiritual practices can enhance self-awareness and resilience.**

Dr. Avery references 1 Thessalonians 5:23 to emphasize the holistic nature of human beings, comprising spirit, soul, and body. He delves into the science of peptides, which are short chains of amino acids that play crucial roles in various bodily functions. These peptides are not only essential for promoting anti-aging effects but are also vital for maintaining muscle mass and boosting energy levels. Although our bodies naturally synthesize peptides, factors such as poor lifestyle choices and inadequate nutrition can lead to deficiencies. Dr. Avery cautions against the consumption of synthetic peptides, detailing the potential harm they can cause, especially to our digestive health and overall bodily functions.

He explains the intricate relationship between our emotional states and the production of hormones and amino acids. Emotions are not merely feelings; they are biochemical processes that influence our metabolism and physiological well-being. For instance, when we experience stress, it can disrupt our hormonal balance, often exacerbated by a weakened faith or spiritual uncertainty. Dr. Avery suggests that engaging in spiritual practices, such as praying in tongues, can enhance our self-awareness as individuals who are rooted in Christ. Cara adds her insights about the origins of certain diseases, particularly autoimmune disorders, which often stem from long-term emotional stressors. She points out that many of these illnesses can be traced back to unresolved emotional pain or trauma, underlining the importance of emotional healing in health management.

Dr. Avery reinforces this by discussing the scientific connections between faith and emotional well-being. He shares that an increase in faith can have a measurable positive effect on our emotional health, which subsequently influences our immune system and hormonal balance. He warns that when we lack a sense of divine presence in our lives, negative influences can fill that void. He highlights the importance of embracing forgiveness and letting go of grievances to prevent the onset of anxiety, which, if left unaddressed, could contribute to serious health issues, including chronic illnesses. He emphasizes the crucial role of recognizing God's presence in our everyday lives.

Dr. Avery further encourages us to look to God's word for comfort rather than seeking solace in transient sources that may not provide lasting relief. Additionally, he stresses the significance of regular physical activity, as this not only aids in digestion but also lowers blood sugar levels, which can have profound benefits for our organs and overall health. He asserts that maintaining an active lifestyle is fundamental to achieving a youthful vitality. In conjunction with physical activity, Cara highlights the critical importance of sleep in regulating hormonal balance. She advocates for establishing healthy nighttime routines, including calming activities and practices that promote relaxation.

Joseph notes that this generation is yearning for the spirit of Elijah. He cites Proverbs 20:28, which states that mercy and truth preserve the king; it is through lovingkindness that he upholds his throne. He asserts that lasting leadership can only be achieved through mercy and truth. He continues by explaining that the glory of young men is their strength, while the splendor of old men is their gray hair, which he interprets as a call for youth to seek wisdom. He emphasizes the need for young people to embody mercy and truth in their service to leaders and mentors.

Alison also reveals that studying God's word until it influences our senses is the most reliable way to hear God's voice. Continuing, Joseph points us to Luke 1:15-17 to illustrate that when we receive the spirit of Elijah, fathers and children will begin to unite, leading to reformation as the disobedient come to the wisdom of the wise. He assures us that if we are willing and obedient, we will enjoy the fruits of the land; however, if we refuse and rebel, we will be devoured by the sword, as stated in Isaiah 1:19-20. He further explains that God desires our hearts combined with corresponding actions. He urges us to be willing and imbued with mercy and truth to support our leaders.

Additionally, he clarifies that true love encompasses truth, encouraging us to soften our hearts rather than seek acceptance while remaining in rebellion. Joseph stresses that the prerequisite for entry into heaven is Jesus, urging us to be genuinely repentant and willing to be transformed by Him, letting go of our old ways.

Joseph emphasizes the necessity of staying grounded in God's word while exploring these narratives that are often overlooked. They acknowledge that Satan has his minions at the top, which has hindered the release of UFO and alien files. The whistleblowers regarding these extraordinary entities have cautioned that these phenomena are not merely demonic; there may also be a biological component involved.

Luke and Nate further warn that the true deception lies in the narratives surrounding aliens, UFOs, and supernatural phenomena. They note that people remain unaware of the real deception behind these narratives, making them more effective, as a deception loses its power when it is widely recognized.

He strongly asserts that honoring a prophet leads to receiving the prophet's reward. Joseph shares a transformative moment in his life when he chose to honor a prophet, resulting in a significant blessing. He emphasizes that the word of the Lord seeks us out when we show respect for a prophet, whether through that prophet or through other channels. Joseph explains that the prophetic carries a divine anointing for increase, providing the example of Elisha and the widow of Zarephath. By giving everything she had to feed Elisha, she was miraculously rewarded with overflowing oil in all her jars.

Joseph illustrates that prophets possess a unique anointing for supernatural multiplication and achieving the extraordinary. He references 2 Kings 4:42-44, showing us that miraculous changes arise from honoring God's messengers. Joseph reminds us that the blessings of the Lord make one rich and add no sorrow. Joseph further clarifies that we can activate God's abundant blessings through our acts of sowing and seizing the prophet's reward.

He further notes that mammon, characterized by striving and relentless toil, brings sorrow, while God's blessings offer true liberation, as He fulfills all our needs according to His riches as we seek Him first. **Join Joseph and Heather Z, alongside Dr. Avery and Cara Johnson, as they explore the crucial role of self-advocacy in healthcare, emphasizing the need to understand individual treatment needs and seek divine guidance. They discuss the impact of environmental factors and the significance of community in fostering well-being, while highlighting a holistic approach to health, nutrition, and the integration of faith.**

Cara believes that one of the most important aspects of our healthcare is the need to be our own advocates. This includes understanding what brings us peace regarding therapy, medication, and treatment, as well as seeking guidance from God on what is right for us. He explains the process of lab-grown meat, cautioning that these products typically lack the nutrients found in naturally raised meat. He also introduces the concept of imprinting, which he explains as subconsciously recognizing the environments we're raised in as normal, irrespective of whether they're healthy. Dr. Avery explains that the enemy creates chaos to affect our earthsuits, which in turn affects our emotional life, and asserts that getting close to the Lord is the only way to triumph over this. Interestingly, Cara addresses speaking in tongues in relation to our physiology, noting that research has shown individuals who speak in tongues tend to have heightened sensitivity to others' thoughts, emotions, and intentions.

On another note, Dr. Avery educates us about parasites and their role as disease-causing organisms. He explains that while God designed our immune system to combat these parasites, they can overpower us when our immune systems are weakened by factors such as depression, lack of faith, inadequate laughter, poor diet, and insufficient sleep. Cara highlights the significance of sunlight as a natural detoxifier, urging us to be intentional about obtaining more vitamin D, which functions more like a hormone than a vitamin. She also discusses the role of nicotine in mitochondrial function and encourages caution regarding its consumption.

Furthermore, they explain the benefits of peptides and discuss why we may not be getting enough of them from natural sources, as well as habits that deplete these substances in our bodies. Cara stresses the importance of being intentional about our diet and lifestyle to promote the production of more peptides.
