Along with his bandmates, during the 80s Spandau Ballet rose to became a household name, launching Gary Kemp’s career as a successful musician and well respected songwriter. Away from his life in the music industry, Gary has developed a passion for spending time on two wheels while keeping up with regular training sessions at Fitzrovia’s PerformancePro. In our sixth episode, Gary tells us of his passion for cycling and the balance of living in our Capital in a panel discussion with Detox Kitchen’s Rob Hobson and PerformancePro founder Anthony Purcell.

Designing and making handcrafted garments for modern men, Bloomsbury-based Spencer has produced his own individual take on relaxed British style.
