Throughout her career, Michelle has integrated science, spirituality, and common sense in her approach to patient care. She founded Joint Rehab Medical Center with her husband Marc, where they tap into the body's natural ability to heal pain and injuries using platelet-rich plasma and stem cells. This principle of regeneration forms the core of Michelle Darrow Coaching.

Michelle's professional background includes being a family practice nurse practitioner and registered nurse with a Master's of Science in Nursing. She has worked as a neonatal intensive care unit respiratory therapist, a forensic nurse examiner at UCLA Rape Treatment Center, an aesthetic nurse injector at Michelle Darrow Aesthetics, a sub-investigator for childhood obesity at Axis Clinical Trials, and a wellness coach at Joint Rehab Medical Center.
