Setiap wartawan mempunyai garis panduan dalam menyampaikan berita. Sejauh manakah etika kewartawanan penting dalam bidang yang mengalami perubahan digital kini? The NUJ's president, Farah Marshita Abdul Patah, spoke on the freedom of the press that journalists exercise on a daily basis. The safety of journalists has also been questioned, particularly regarding physical attacks, incarceration, and harassment. Meeting deadlines, which are crucial for journalists, makes this a notoriously fast-paced field. 

Today's special episode features an interview with the CyberSAFE Ambassador of Cyber Security Malaysia, hosted by our reporter Zulaikha Fahrol. She has been honored as one of Malaysia's Top Ten Women in Security.  She has talked about the importance of cybersecurity for journalists and how cyber threats may impact their emotional well-being. Guidelines for protecting journalists against cyber-attacks are also being shared.

For this podcasts episode we will be talking about the life of being media student and also a student athlete. We talked about some of the stigmas and challenges we had to go through and also shared on how we balanced both education and sports. We also had a special guest Gillian Lim who is currently a national tenpin bowler where she shared her experience being a communication student.
