In this episode, I take a look at my thought "I can't create what I want in life".

I notice that these kind of generalizing thoughts can keep me stuck big time - and mostly they are not even true.

So what can I do instead? I check in which areas of life I am ALREADY creating what I want - and I use this confirmation of my creativity to bring fresh energy, aliveness and self-trust into the seemingly "stuck" situation.

"I don't know what I want". Did you ever find yourself paralyzed with an overwhelming infinity of possibilities that come from seeing that you basically could do WHATEVER you want in your life - and instead of simply choosing and walking your path you feel stuck and unable to move forward? I have. I still do in certain aspects of my life. I figured it originates from a set if beliefs that let me feel like I am separate from life, waiting for an outside "authority" to tell me what to do or give me a limited set of options to choose from. Deep down it seems that 'I don't know what I want'. But what if I simply need to learn to listen to myself again. Learn a way to find that authority INSIDE of me (my body) that knows EXACTLY what is right FOR ME. Let's explore this idea together; leading up to remembering that life is play, and adults are not much different from children (except that their mind is in the way of their own aliveness).

Aligning what I think, say and do is what feels like it raises my sense of aliveness and joy. Life becomes more vibing. It means to be SOMEONE in this world, because I take (or rather 'am') a stance for what is true for me. And yet, expressing myself to this degree of alignment requires courage to be seen in this truth, and it might not appeal to everyone. This is the struggle with inadequacy and not feeling 'good' or 'worthy' orthat it is not safe to be myself. And in contrast to this, and actually transcending this journey of identity (read: Who I believe myself to be) is that pure 'self' that is the always, already and permanently observing awareness that can describe everything that goes on in 'me' and that perceives 'problems' of mis-alignment. Two journeys in one life.

"You always win the game you are playing". Can that still be true when I feel that I don't do what I think I want? Well, yes, it can. It has all to do with my own beliefs and the awareness why I do the things I do. Whenever I outsource this 'power' and responsibility to choose and act for myself though, I give away attention, time and energy to other people - a killer for my own aliveness & alignment. The way is this: Following my own advice.
