Today I share how we may tend to compartmentalize our practices, joys, needs, and desires in life, relegating only a few experiences to exist here or there. This morning I take on the fears that I feel when I am stuck in the dilemma of making choices about my path. It is a feeling that is familiar to many of us. When I take the time to sit in stillness, breathe in stillness, still the mind, and still the body; I find that I am moving in harmonious flow.
