Happy 2022! We’ve all seen those viral videos of people freaking out in public over an argument or a minor dispute. They scream at people and throw things on the floor like a toddler when they don’t get their way and we all laugh at their ridiculousness. But we have to remember that WE ourselves aren’t perfect. WE too are close to throwing temper tantrums (or already have) – whether at work, school, and/or with our loved ones at home. And unless we know how to master our emotions in stressful situations, the next viral public freakout video could very well be…you.

Nicole is more than slightly obsessed with confidence and what it takes to both build and keep it, but she wasn’t always this way. She used to put on a performance with her confidence, trying to prove herself to others, but not actually being her authentic self. She knew that she couldn’t ‘pretend’ to be confident forever, so she learned to not just ‘be’ confident, but ‘become’ confident. Today, Nicole is the host of This Is Woman's Work. Her company helps women to remove the roadblocks, biases and challenges that trailblazing, professional women face so that they can thrive as their authentic selves.
