Raised in Hammond, Louisiana, Marcus Jackson is an information technology professional serving as the Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures for Supply Chain Technology at Johnson & Johnson (J&J). He joined J&J in 2006 through the Information Technology Leadership Development Program and has held roles of increasing responsibility within each of J&J’s sectors.

Prior to starting his career journey, Marcus earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.  He serves on the Academic Advisory Board at Remington College of Baton Rouge, LA, as well as is actively engaged in the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank Diversity & Inclusion Council.

Chadwick Hixon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University. Following graduation, he worked in the legal field for 5 years as a paralegal before deciding to pursue work in higher education and earning a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University. He subsequently held roles in college admissions for working professionals at Mercer University & academic advising at Georgia State University.

Ivan Perry currently serves as the director of talent acquisition for Choice Hotels International. He has spent close to 10 years in the retained executive search industry. Before his career in executive search, Ivan served in the U.S. Air Force, trained as an intelligence officer and acquisitions program manager. Shelly Williams is the Executive Director of Access Academies, a non-profit organization in St. Louis, Missouri that helps underserved middle school students navigate through high school and on to college and career success.

John Lira is currently in charge of training and development for Golden Peak Children’s Ski and Snowboard School in Vail, Colorado while also helping manage the Children’s Alpine and Snowboard programs.
