Talking about my headspace and where I am at right now I haven't been consistent and that's my bad but imma try to do the right thing and record and post content I really have missed postingInshaAllah we are back with the weekly content

I just answered some questions and gave my own view I'm glad to be backish

I tend to over think and get anxious when I'm not my most confident so these are just some tips and ideas I have that help when ever I don't feel like the best.
