 In this episode we discuss the process of accountability. Accountability has a process. 

Step one: Is the choice or behavior you choose to make

Step two: It's coming to a realization of the choices you're making whether it's conscious or unconscious .

Step three:  Is making the choice to change or keep the decisions and/or actions you are making the choice to change requires.

Action you cannot just say you're going to change you have to be and do the change.

Step four: Is a new change. Behavior is new habits is a new environment is new actions is new decisions

Step five: Is reviewing and analyzing if the decisions and choices you made to change if they need to be improved or if they're fine where they are 

Accountability is a process.
