Tom Sutter is a dual career professional – the serious job that pays the bills and the fun job that pays the heart and soul.  At DS&P Insurance Services, Inc. (www.dspins.com) in Palatine, IL Tom has taken on the business development and sales leadership roles which involve the recruiting, training and development of commercial insurance producers while maintaining and growing his own book of commercial insurance and employee benefits clients. 

Tom also co-founded and is the president of Cal’s All-Star Angel Foundation (www.calsangels.org), a 501c3 non-profit organization located in South Elgin, IL that grants the wishes of children battling cancer and financially assists their families.

Training and coaching has been a part of Tom’s life since his college days.  He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University where he was also involved as a pledge trainer with the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Having a blended family of six children whom are all active in sports, Tom enjoys spending his spare time coaching one or more of their baseball and softball teams each spring and summer.

Having lost his oldest child, Cal, to leukemia in August of 2006, Tom and his wife, Cal’s step mom, Stacey enjoy spending their spare time helping other families battling pediatric cancer cope with their struggles through their non-profit organization.  Their children are also actively and enthusiastically involved in carrying on their older brother’s legacy of always caring about others above anything else.

Dr. Rose Backman has worked in her private practice for over 23 years. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition at the American College of Independent Studies in Indianapolis. Dr. Backman is certified in Contact Reflex Analysis with Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, also certified in Nutrition Response Testing from Ulan Nutritional Systems, Inc. and has certification in Emotional Polarity Technique with Dr. Annette Cargioli, DC, in Indianapolis.

With further training in cellular healing, Rose then developed her specialized “Backman Emotional Technique©”, that she believes is the missing link to a more immediate and effective healing. Dr Rose Backman is also certified in the morphagenic™ technique from Doctor Frank Springob. Rose’s specialized techniques show people how to shift perspectives, enabling them to overcome seemingly unmanageable hurdles and rid themselves of negative obstacles in their path.

Rose teaches people to have strength, love, faith, and hope to believe in themselves. Using her techniques she has helped thousands of people handle issues related to addiction, depression, weight, relationship and finances. Desire for change and willingness is all that is required. Rose is passionate about enabling her clients to become leaders in life-management by taking control of their lives and moving forward effortlessly.

Michelle received her Advanced Human Behavior Certification and Wellness Coaching certification from the Leadership Institute of America. She is an advanced certified associate of Emergenetics® International, a TED * Certified Coach, a Center for Creative Leadership Certified Coach, and served as a panelist for the World Coaching Conference in 2011. 

As adjunct faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership, Michelle coaches leaders, facilitates group coaching and conflict resolutions sessions.  Michelle is the founder of the Emerging Executive Leadership Program and the Authentic Leadership Summit and serves on the leadership board of the Building Goodness Foundation.
