Jay Miller  is a speech coach providing training in vocal development, public speaking and media training for a wide range of corporate and private clients. For over 30 years MamaRed Knight (known as Jerilynne Knight on legal beagle type stuff) wove her unusual combination of heart-based encouragement with distinctly left brain analytical skills and right brain thinking skills into solutions that helped big corporations explain their techie stuff to their users. After a complete physical collapse, she said “enough” and with the support of her late-in-life love-of-her life, dove headfirst into sharing her LifeRecipe with a whole different group of folks, the messengers of the world like coaches, authors, speakers, consultants, healers. Ruth is an energetic achiever and also has invested a lot in personal effectiveness and communication. This has helped her to develop her leadership even further and she adds great value for companies/departments, especially for those in crisis. She creates stability, overview and works solution-and goal oriented.

Ruth has taken numerous training, courses and seminars and read a variety of literature with business economics, personal and organisational development.

Of course she has also experienced adversity and defeat and has overcome many setbacks and challenges including a very poor childhood.

In the 14 years that she’s been living with RA, Cindy has continued on her creative path in any way her health allows. Her 2006 recording of What We Are touches on the impact chronic illness has on body, mind and spirit.
