We're living our lives with various masks and we're so attached to them that we've started to identify ourselves with and as those masks. So, before we get to Who am I, it's important to understand who am I, Not.

Craving, addiction, Ex partner, memory of loved ones, and the world, the illusion - we're all together in this journey of letting go. What we're all seeking underneath this letting go is freedom. Freedom from bondage. Who bonded us - us so,. who can free us? only us.

Letting go, something that all humans are working individually as well as together. Letting go of an Ex partner, relationship, memories of loved ones who're no longer with us, or even addictions and old habits. 

We all have different things to let go and thus different ways to let go.

But do we actually know what we are letting go of? 
After my break up I used the lens of the most ancient wisdom to zoom in on what I was holding onto before learning how to let go.

It's hard to let go of the attachments to past partners, habits, memories of loved ones, addiction, and beliefs. Until we find our biggest motivation to let go we keep falling back into the same pattern. Sometimes that motivation comes in the form of fear of death and sometimes love of life and leaves us with the biggest gift of our life. The gifts that often come through pain but teaches us just the lesson that we need in order to break out of the pattern and go up.

3.5 years ago, a heart-break gave me that gift to find the biggest love of my life. That helped me uncover not just why my relationship failed but also who I had become. 

After meeting a lot of friends who are going through a similar journey  I decided to go back down the dark memory lane with the torch of ancient wisdom and share the tools that helped me in my healing journey. Hope this helps you too.

Break-ups are the best things that can happen to you. Break up means breaking up old habits, patterns, conditionings to go up for an upgrade as a human.
In this episode I share how a break-up sent me on a healing journey that gifted me with the highest upgrade a human can ever have.
It may not sound so motivating when you're going through a break up, divorce, or separation but when you come out on the other side and you reflect back you'll realize that it was the best thing that happened to you making you want to thank the person with love and gratitude for the most wonderful gift, break-up.
As for every upgrade you pay a price, whether it's an upgrade of an airplane seat, an upgrade of your mobile device you pay a price for this upgrade of a human life and that price is Pain.
If you look back in your life at everything you've achieved you'll see that you paid the price through pain, the biggest teacher for everyone rich or poor, human or animal.
I paid my price and in return what I got was the best upgrade a human can ever need - the journey within, the journey to the Self.
To break out of my break up I resumed studying the most ancient wisdom about mind, body, and Self and practicing the meditation of Self-realized masters. Something I grew up with but lost touch in chasing name, fame, and money.
After 3.5 years of my healing journey I decided to share these time tested & proven tools with the world hoping it will help a lot of people go through their break up with more ease and grace.
