It’s the last day on our cruise... and who knew a fun little escape room adventure would trigger the deepest of pain in me. Of feeling stupid, not good enough, too slow, too sensitive, and overreactive... I share how I spoke up and held myself lovingly through the pain of it all...

In this episode I talk about my amazing trip to Iceland and how being with my wild woman friend mirrored to me how heavy and disconnected I felt from the land. Yet instead of going into my normal cycle of self sabotage, I used her as inspiration to connect more... and to see & honor my unique gifts and qualities. ❤️👯‍♀️🔥

Ok... I know I’m 38... and yet I STILL get all tongue tied, butterflies in my stomach, and can’t be myself when I meet a guy I really like! And I still get sooooo embarrassed when my Dad is around them!!! It’s like I’m reliving my teenage traumatic years! 🤣🤪🤣 Taking a stance here to start being authentic and speaking my nervous giggly self or whatever else comes up! 😳💥🤦‍♀️😍

I finally got a moment of peace & quiet alone while on board a cruise ship to record this episode! I talk about being with every emotion that comes up. And how these cookie cutter people pleasing performances are nauseating!!!! And what I’m learning about my authenticity radar and how I’m channeling it 🌈💥

It can be pretty scary and confusing when you are such a deep feeler. When you are so sensitive to feel even the pain of others as your own. But in this episode I shine light on how I’ve come to realize that this is my super hero power ❤️🦸‍♀️❤️

Was strolling through a cemetery in Copenhagen contemplating my own death.
