Self Awareness, defined in the Merriam Webster dictionary is "an awareness of one's own personality or individuality". Emotions such as anger are powerful emotions that alter the mindset. Of who exactly? Pretty much everyone who are not aware of the anger they have within themselves. So how can one be aware of themselves especially when dealing with anger? In this episode I talk about how and what anger's true emotion is and how letting your anger can change who you are as a person, alter your sense of reality, and hurt those around you. At the end of this, I will let you know how you can be more self-aware when this feeling arises and what you can do in order to quell the rage inside.
