It's been a minute since I have posted on this site. Life has been "lifing" and everything happens for a reason, everything happens to put you in a space where you need to be. The intention behind posting this episode is to get a better sense on how I articulate my words when speaking & see how my thought process flows. Not only this, recognize how I talk and work on to improve this. Consistency is key for this. I am becoming aware of the desire to be in a place where I am able to fully express how I feel with certainty and not be afraid to put my voice out there like I have been before. This is me talking no editing, just me and my thoughts past 2am in the morning. To be a world class warrior,I need to move with intention instead of only thinking my way through things. To get where I want to get to its going to take discipline & I have to start getting uncomfortable. Everything happens for a reason and you are where you need to be right now, so you can learn from your mistakes & propel yourself to a better position in the near future.

This episode is basically a recap of what we have learned (yes me too), and how we can change that into the future. It's a new month and a new day and age! Time to take a moment to reflect and see where you are in life and change how you see yourself or keep things the same! This is a moment to truly reflect on yourself and to plan for the future!

Life comes with punches and surprises for sure, but who says you got to also add into the chaos? In this episode we talk about instances where being hard on yourself can really put you in a negative mindset and at the end I give you some ideas on how to resolve this when that voice comes knocking at the door. This life is short to live. Who wants to remain in a negative mindset for the majority of it? Let's learn to be easy on oursselves so we can enjoy life to the fullest!

You ever feel like life is running at you fast and the only way to get back at it is to run back at it in the same manner? In this episode, I want to stress the importance of taking your time with things, especially when it comes to yourself and the love ones around you. By doing so, you'd be surprised with how much you really don't know about certain things and the way you will approach life will become different, in a good way of course. 

Ever wonder if you are truly free in life? I would think most of us are not. The majority of us conform to societies ideals and become something we were not meant to be. Who are you? Who am I? Questions like these arise when the idea of finding your true self, being free, comes to mind. This episode features a book "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz and honestly I feel like this book is a staple in my library so I recommend you getting this book as well. This episode is more so a rant about my lack of personal freedom and the thought of it so again if you're ready tune in and let's educate each other!
