Mother and daughter fitness duo

Ellen Ector has been a fitness expert for over 20 years. Always loving and participating in sports since the age of 10, Ellen participated in over 400 competitive road races and has competed in numerous triathlons. Among her many accolades are over 300 trophies. One of her proudest moments is being honored from the State of Georgia for creating a walking program for adults with disabilities that resulted in a overall group weight loss.  Ellen is currently working on her continued efforts to end Child Obesity and also training children in track and cross country.

Lana Ector is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist who specializes in Weight Loss and Group Training. She has competed in over 30 road races, and is currently training to compete in her first marathon. Dubbed the "Fitness Vixen", she believes every woman should have nice abs and glutes. As Gymnetics Fitness' very own Nutritionist, she has created diet plans customized to metabolism and weight loss goals.
