You may apply to this stream if you received an invitation to apply on June 11, 2024.

To apply:

Review the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream page to determine if you meet the requirements.
Review the document checklist to ensure you have the mandatory documents.
Log in to the OINP e-Filing Portal and click the newly created file number with the prefix JOFW.
Your new application file number is different than your EOI file number. The EOI file number (EOI-JOFW-XXXXXX) will be greyed out; this is not an error.

| Quebec selected potential PNP nominees under Invitation exercises in 2024 on 30 May 2024.      Number of invitations: the Minister of Immigration, Francization and Integration invited 1441 persons to apply for permanent selection.

These invitations were addressed to the persons meeting the following criteria:

they had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
they had a score (PDF 309 Kb) equal to or greater than 591 points.
These invitations were also addressed to people meeting the following criterion:

they had a level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French according to the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français (PDF 4.94 Mb) (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent;
