The intake period for the expression of interest will close on January 30, 2026, at 4:30 pm Yukon Standard Time.Employers will provide information about the foreign national they are sponsoring through the online form. Submissions will receive points for meeting priorities. Employers who submitted an expression of interest in 2025 and were not invited to apply will also receive points. The highest scoring employers in each intake will be invited to submit an application to the program.Employers who submitted an expression of interest in 2025 will need to submit in this intake to be considered. Their application will not carry over.The Yukon Nominee Program priorities for 2026 are:Regulated health care professionals;Employers in rural Yukon; andForeign nationals who:have lived and worked in the Yukon for at least one year;are Yukon University graduates;are Francophone or French-speaking; orreceived a Temporary Measure Letter of Support in 2024 or 2025.Recipients of a temporary measure letter of support in 2024 or 2025 do not need to submit an expression of interest.
