After discussing our struggles last week, we wanted a professional's opinion. In this episode, Brianna McMillan, LMHP-R talks to us about skills to implement when we feel anxious or afraid. Her advice as a mental health professional and personal encouragement was exactly what we needed to hear during this time of quarantine and social distancing.

We prayerfully considered how to make sure our focus is on what matters most to us, sharing the love of Jesus with others. In this search we came across the Biblical truth found in 2 Corinthians 4:18 that states, "So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."
We can't wait to unpack all that God wants to teach us.
Find us here weekly! Keep the faith, and see the joy.
