I am on day 33 of this 40-day journey where I committed to working out daily, meditating daily, no social media and intentionally carving out neutral time where I am not consuming anything (no podcasts, no music, no TV in the background), just open space for the mind and body to be. What I’ve learned and not to brag - but why this has been so easy

* My first solo trip to Europe without my daughter: OOF. This was a TOUGH decision to make but later this week, I am traveling to Europe to be with my family since my dear aunt passed away. I have never traveled without my Dylan Joy…I shared how I made this decision and how I supported myself in what felt a rock and hard place.
