A Florida federal judge has dismissed Donald Trump’s $15 billion defamation lawsuit against The New York Times. U.S. District Judge Steven Merryday criticized the 85-page filing as improper and politically driven, saying: “A complaint is not a megaphone for public relations or a podium for a passionate oration at a political rally.” Trump has 28 days to refile, capped at 40 pages.
