JUDITH Potcast.

Entry Six: MildlyManic is now available. Good Night.

“Go into the attic. You may never want to come back down again...” -Judith.

Hey. I am Astrid, your friendly neighborhood plug. Join me and my A.I. assistant Judith as we bore your mind to sleep. Let us put you in da couch. Our presence is purely ornamental. This hang out podcast acts as a bridge between you and your bed, bong and beyond. Nothing heard has to make sense and hopefully you won’t remember anyway. Best used as mental bredren at night to accompany your insomnia or nighttime routine- hair wash day...am I right, ladies? Call it a day, hit the hay, roll a J, press play, drift away. Adults only. Good Night.

...Quick chats with Motorcity Blunt Roller Bicycle Club co-founder Tefarri, @sankofamindandbody / @Iamhuskybae and Dr. Vee Helene, host of Fifteen Minutes of Flame podcast @15minutesofflame at the Tony Hawk skatepark. I accidentally stumbled into the home of some otherworldly burritos (@cosmicburritos), Skate Master Steve (@sk8tr3nity89) will teach you how to skateboard in person for FREE and the ever adorable cannawitch @cannabrer wants to share some proverbs she discovered whist traveling on Lake Shore Drive....

Hey Insomniacs. I'm Astrid. Join me while I put you to sleep (I think, lol). My presence is purely ornamental. It’s late. You’re up. I’m up. Come over.

Astrid Refluxe Movie Night will be up at Midnight on @Applepodcasts

I recorded this in March 2020. I was inspired to release this because of @chrissiesway recent Live on YouTube (posted on May 7th, 2020) at 2:22:27 I believe was the section of the video that made me go on and post this, lol.

I drank a bottle of strong wine and was getting ready to watch what I thought was gonna be another wholesome black girl version of Cinderella (a’la Brandy Norwood) from the past. So, I’m just retelling the entire film, scene for scene with added inebriated commentary. I hope it lulls you to sleep. Or you can stay up and roll one (or pour 8, lol) before bed. This shit exhausted me for sure. The film Cindy (1978) is available on YouTube for now. Tell me what you think of it.  Entry Five coming soon. Thanks and Good Night.
