Il tè è la bevanda più bevuta al mondo, eppure, paradossalmente, la cultura degli infusi e delle erbe officinali, soprattutto in Europa, si è andata perdendo nel corso dell'ultimo secolo. 

Abbiamo parlato proprio di tè ed erbe officinali con Nicola Robecchi, uno tra quelli che questa cultura la vuole far riscoprire. 

Nicola ci ha raccontato la sua carriera di gastronomo che lo ha portato prima a fare il consulente e poi, nel 2019, a dare vita al progetto Wilden Herbals. 

In un mondo frenetico, l'idea di Nicola è stata quella di rallentare e riscoprire il valore del tempo attraverso ingredienti autentici e naturali.

We interviewed Yorick Bruins, founder of Wakuli, a Dutch coffee company whose work has impacted more than 14,000 farmers in the last year, giving them 85% more than the average market price.
