People are more stressed out than ever.
we are inundated by the perceived urgent and overwhelming stressors of daily life: emails, text messages, social media, back pain, neck pain, obesity, lack of time, rushing, deadlines, traffic,
To make matters more dire, we are stuck in our heads more and more with less outlets to relieve our constant flurry of thoughts about worry, over-analysing, fear, self-doubt and thinking about our future
We are always on the look out for doing more, being asked of more, being better, and working harder. Couple that with the implications from a busy lifestyle like poor diet, limited exercise, and longer work-days, and we have a recipe for anxiety.
Here are some thoughts on how we can help ourselves.

This weeks podcast is an interesting one for me. It's all about Empaths. The main reason for this podcast is i am one and for so many years it was something that i didn't understand.
Being an empath has been likened to as a gift and at the same time a curse. I can see why thats the case being someone who always thought there was something wrong with me which made me overthink, over analyse and thought i had paranoia.
Understanding my personality type of an empath now i believe being an empath is a gift - if you know you are one and understand yourself. If you don't know you are an empath and don't know yourself it can feel like a curse to you - it certainly did for me.
Knowing all what i've learnt about empaths and their personality types plus being one myself i wanted to do this podcast to just share a bit of awareness and help others understand their personality type as an empath or know how to help someone if you know an empath.
We aren't crazy - we just feel things others don't.

This weeks podcast im talking about Confidence and self-esteem
If we have high self-esteem, we feel good about ourselves. And if we feel confident, we feel like there are things we’re good at. But sometimes, our confidence gets knocked, or we don’t like ourselves very much.
So this was really something i wanted to chat about in a bit more detail.

In this weeks episode im really excited to delve into habits and how we can pick up some habits along the way that don't serve our happiness.
Not only are habits important. They grow stronger and stronger over time and become more and more automatic. Its important to make sure you have the right ones! Habits are so powerful because they create neurological cravings: A certain behaviour is rewarded by the release of “pleasure” chemicals in the brain which will result in fulfilment and happiness.

Have a Great week x
This week im talking about how you can overcome a bad day. I know, i know, we have all been there where we have climbed out of bed and stubbed our toe on the bathroom door, or shook our protein shake without the lid on, or tripped up the steps in work and spilled coffee all down our white shirt. Whats the one thing in common we all say?? "its going to be one of those days today" What happens? it kicks off a chain of events where one thing after another goes wrong.
What if you were able to learn how to take control of your day regardless of how it started, what if you were able to change and be in control of the outcome of your day? Wouldn't that be amazing? Not letting a 5 minute episode ruin your whole day?
In this weeks podcast i've got some simple things you can focus on use to make sure you are taking control of your day not the day taking control of you.
Also don't forget you have the chance to WIN £50 in amazon vouchers, all you have to do is share your one take away from this weeks show and tag me in on your instagram story. The winner will be announced next Monday

In this weeks podcast ill be talking all about gratitude and how simple steps have completely transformed my confidence and happiness and how it can for you too
I cover:
💗What are gratitudes
💗Why is is good to have them
💗How to create a new habit of using them
💗How they can change your world for you and those around you
In this episode im talking about something close to my heart, something im really passionate about - How to overcome those negative stories we tell ourselves which inevitably lead to us being held back from reaching our true potential or true happiness.
Im so passionate about this topic because when i understood that these stories i had told myself over the years were only beliefs and not truths my whole world began to change.
We call them limiting beliefs as they do just that, limit us.
In this episode i'll be covering
* What are limiting beliefs?
* How do they attach to us
* How to understand what they are
* How to overcome them
There's also a bonus little exercise in here i will teach you that i use to identify mine and how to overcome them.
Enjoy
