This is something that irritates me - the withholding of leadership training to network marketers within their own companies until they reach an arbitrary status or rank. This sends a powerful message that you are not a leader, are unworthy of receiving training. I believe that restricting access to leadership training is the worst thing you can do for your company, your business, your clients, your team. Leadership training should be a cornerstone much like personal development is. Helping build their businesses and culture properly from the beginning instead of fudging along doing the best they can only to discover how much they've screwed up their culture when they are designated a leader and then either go into damage control mode. When the whole schmozzle could have been avoided in the first place by leadership training. Leadership training is about developing leaders. That means developing people who are NOT YET leaders. Giving them access to training and tools will help them, help your culture, help your business. My two cents.
