Depression can occur due to alot of reasons like Serious illness, abuse, death of a love one, personal problems, and so on. However, there is always a way forward, with determination, depression can be cured. Some step to overcome depression is: do the things that make you happy, eat healthy, challenge negative thinking etc.

Depression is not a taboo topic, it should not be swept under the carpet. It is real. Depression can be conquered, suicide is not the solution.

Count your blessings not your loses.

Happiness comes from the inner us, we have to build on it. We have to make ourselves happy. Find your inner happiness!!!
