Over 7,000 cruise ship passengers landed in Skagway on July 4th to celebrate the nation’s 250th birthday. The tiny town greeted the large crowd with a big party. Events included a slow bike race, a railroad spike driving contest and a wacky parade. KHNS’ Melinda Munson has the details.
