Take Aways
-Really the stress comes from the energy that we are going at it with.

-"I recognize I'm feeling sorry for myself and overwhelmed to the point that I don't want to do anything. And I want to do something about it." That's a good indicator journaling may be helpful now. Waiting until you want to do something about it will likely make the outcomes better.

-There were only seven things that if Heidi had a magic wand would be different. Those seven things would bring her enough peace and confidence to face everything with hope. 

-Write and post the main insight you have from journaling in places where you'll see it often.
