  • S2E3 • Discover Be the Change Youth Initiative

We met Brayden & Sydney Guerrette at a book signing event for the Amazon bestseller 'The Musical Imprint' in which Sydney is a co-author! In the book, she describes the catalyst for her family to uproot their lives in Maine, travel across the United States, and advocate full-time for the welfare of youth and mental health through music across the globe. She shares, "...we learned that when you use your art as the avenue to share your truth, as Brayden did with his music, positive change can happen." And thus, Be the Change Youth Initiative as we know it today was born.

  • S1E22 • Discover John Ashburn

One piece of life advice country singer and songwriter John Ashburn leaves with us in this episode is that, "You've gotta show up." He did exactly that when we sat down with him in Nashville, Tennessee last week. The "Back When" writers talks  about the ideal nostalgia tour, funny Instagram Reels, and the catchy lyrics from his latest hit "Redneck Riches". A former farmer and family man to the core, it was truly a pleasure to get to know him. If you're not already a fan, hit 'PLAY' and you'll surely be added to the club.

Another note on this wholesome human: literal moments after the interview, as he tuned his guitar to play some acoustic songs, our audio disappeared before our eyes! After minutes of sweating to figure out what happened, we had to accept that there was no way to recover the audio. John never paused, and kept reassuring us in his sweet, Georgia drawl that "technology will do what technology does." What a gracious man! So, as you tune into today's episode, it may be a bit lower quality, but rest assured that the man and his message are of the highest quality 👌🏽
