Jury selection is underway Monday in the second trial of people charged in an alleged $250 million fraud scheme.

President Donald Trump's executive order slapping tariffs on goods from Canada, Mexico and China goes into effect Tuesday.  Duties on goods imported from Canada and Mexico will be 25 percent, except for a 10 percent rate on Canadian energy, including oil, natural gas and electricity. 

And the University of Minnesota Law School is pausing its search for a new assistant dean of diversity, equity and inclusion.
