So let's start this recap by saying this is a day that will live in infamy along with the Christmas Episode as Jimmy Don and most of our audience agreed with J.D. on political matters!

Of course we talked about the siege on the capital, Trumps ban from Twitter and other social media platforms but the discussion was civil and for the first time a lot of us sided with J.D. on Trumps behavior.  Who knew!!! Trump really can move mountains!

Anyway, it was a great show with a lot of audience discussion and we hope you guys dig it.

This Thursday, at 8pm, eastern, the Just Add Bourbon Podcast Facebook Live series, "The Other Side of the Glass" continues as we welcome back Glenn Martin Hammond, Democratic candidate for the senatorial seat in Kentucky's 31st district. Hammond, an under graduate of the University of Kentucky in 1992 and the University of Northern Kentucky's Law Program in 1995, has been an attorney for 25 years. His campaign statement is simple: "I hear so often from people all across our district they feel that both state and local governments no longer work for them, but instead, for the special interests. I intend to change that and bring balance back to Frankfort. My only special interest will always be for the betterment of our people and communities in which we live". These are powerful words and ones that make us stop and think, regardless of where we live, whether in Kentucky, the United States, the world.
