Ok, initially we were going to talk about those times where we didn't stand up for other because we were being two freaking cowards but as the rant went on, it became so much more than just that, hence why the weird title. You can think of this episode as a full-of-dramas story time about that time where Quynh's sister was treated like shit by her teacher and that time where my 12th grade teacher (Miss Elsa) publicly shamed my classmate. Proof that we actually have more than 2 brain cells.  Ok, it's 2020 are we're still going to complain about racism? Yes. The coronavirus outspread has served as a true wake-up call. It has stripped off the hypocritical politically correct-ness and shallow woke-ness of the mass; and in the darkness of the current situation, revealed the foul, vulgar racism and insufferable ignorance beneath which have thus far, passed unnoticed. Let's talk about some of it now.

It only took our families a year or 2 to finally realize that we're serious about this vegan thing. Great! We've noticed, since last year, a lot of positive changes in attitude and awareness coming from our families and friends and thought it might be a good opportunity to send some positive, encouraging, motivating messages out there for those of you who have been considering going vegan. OK, so Quynh told me she'd learned how to be more independent as a person ever since she came to the States and I was like, OK, tell me more, what does that feel like cause I don't even wash my own underwear or buy my own groceries (God I need to marry a lesbian so bad, at least someone in the house would fix the sink and kill the spider). Hi guys. We're back today with another episode of The Complainers. As we were very much positive in the first episodes of 2020, it's time to get back to the sadness and pessimism that we're all here for. In this episode, Quynh talks about things that make her sad.
