Heidi Brower shares her story about being in an unhealthy relationship and the difficult decisions she faced as a young pregnant woman. She shares her journey as a birth Mom and the absolute knowing what her higher power was calling her to do. God is constantly trying to share messages with us. We won’t be able to receive them until we are ready and open. He speaks to us through books, people, circumstances and so many other ways. How often are we asking Him to help us remove something or take something away in our life because we want things to be easy, smooth and simple. How often are we looking at a situation or person that we think needs to be removed. We all want to look outside for the solution rather than inside.

The need to know is part of overthinking, fear and avoidance. We talk about how to take you out of that moment, change your state of being. Action is the key.
