Your word is your honor, if you promise stuff, especially kids, you better deliver so they build up that trust and an honor you

Taking time to be nice and let those around you know that they are appreciated. It can make their day.

As we go through this life, we have to stand up for yourself, but you need to do it with a little bit of dignity, and grace
