PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH is one of the most overlooked parts of women’s wellness — especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

I'm thrilled to bring pelvic floor physical therapist Dr. Brynn Babb on the podcast to help unpack the realities of pelvic floor care.
