In this episode we dive into a little bit about ourselves, and what you can expect from this podcast. This is our first episode EVER, so be gentle with us. In this episode we also cover some of our different circumstances throughout the COVID-19 shutdown, including Jaclyn's layoff and personal growth journey, as well as Chantel's chaotic experience in trying to juggle a busy career working from home while teaching her son (who makes a Cameo in the episode!) and maintaining the household. 

We get into why this has been such a collective grieving experience for all, including those of us who are fixers and obviously cannot do anything to fix our current situation. We'll dive into some of the pros and cons of both being co-dependent (Jaclyn) and being too independent (Chantel), and what that means in a relationship.
