Burnout is a mere exhaustion and drained feeling which can bring sudden tiredness, disintetest, numbness for a shorter period. This can be due to overworking or emotionally demanding situations. Ps: The podcast can be quite comical to make it more relatable and to normalise the emotion you might be going through. This podcast is made to bring awareness about burnout and difference between burnout and depression.

We meet a lot of people and there are moments we get inspired, impressed, felt ourselves, our inner child with them, we fall in and out of love, we did had beautiful moments to be cherished but we weren't aware of them. Aren't we? Ps: love isn't only about that one person.. It is about how we perceive and admire people and things around us.

We all fall in love so easily or sometimes slower and deeper, in a point sometimes it becomes hopeless and suffocates us by being the only giver. It is sometimes hard for us to unlove the person and move on. Instead, in the process we hate ourselves too. When we talk about pros, we should talk about cons indeed, in this season of love.
