Start living a healthy life by increase your energy and live an abundant healthier, happier and be stress free by following these self -care tips:
1. Eat more natural fresh foods
2. Drink more water alkaline. Alkaline water has a higher pH level than regular drinking water.
3. Sleep seven to eight hours a night. ...
4. Keep company with people who uplift your energy not drain you
5. Avoid too being on electronics especially no overdosing on news
6. Get regular exercise even going out for a walk -in nature
7. Do something meaningful each day and be on purpose
