Rise and grind. That's what we hear everywhere, every day these days. All of this really breaks down to how free you are to live the life you want without answering to a corporate ladder. That's where you get the side hustle.
My guest today is Nick Loper. Nick is a best selling author and award winning podcast host of the Side Hustle Show which goes out twice weekly to a massive audience. He definitely brings a wealth of experience as well as some genuinely interesting and unusual ideas about money making opportunities you've never considered.
Hopefully people are enjoying the move to two episodes per week, getting some extra content weekly!
Yikes, today I learned that amongst people who succeed in losing all the weight they want to, only 3% actually keep the weight off for good. That's a 97% failure rate for a really common goal that we have all probably set at least once.
My guest today is Elizabeth Sherman. Elizabeth has been a life, health, and weight loss coach for closing on two decades. She is also the host of the podcast "Done with Dieting" where she explores all things health related with various guests. She's here to give up the top tier tricks for achieving our weight loss and exercise goals.
Let's learn how lose some weight and finally keep it off!

Happy bonus episode listeners! I hope you are ready for a brief trip through what it's like to have a stroke, because that's the show today.
My guest today is Marcia Moran. Marcia suffered a major stroke back in 2014 and decided she would not stand by and let her new disabilities control her life. She spent a lot of time in various therapies as you'll soon hear, recovered almost completely, has written a book discussing the entire experience, and is now certified as the only civilian without a medical license to provide microcurrent neurofeedback. A treatment that Marcia credits a large portion of her recovery to.
You know... when I was setting up this interview I never imagined I'd hear the line: "I employ a woman because the studio makes me".

I want to celebrate for a moment because this show has not only been on the Podbean Featured podcast roster for over a month, but I've also been the number one slot on their education page above such other widely popular shows for about a week!
How much would your life change if you could see a status window for your real body? If you could actually watch fast food decrease your overall health, or if reading a book gave you a physical confirmation that you are smarter. That's "gamification" in action.
A huge shout out to all of the new and existing listeners. The growth I've been seeing has been so amazing that it's hard to believe. Downloads of this show have nearly tripled in just one month! That wouldn't be possible without people like each of you taking the time to listen to the things I do and people I talk to on here.
