Daniel Forrest is a young student from England that is currently studying for his A Levels and also happens to be visually impaired.

A confident young man, Danny loves Film Studies and doesn’t see his condition as an obstacle to achieving whatever he wants in life.

At just 17 years old Daniel is also passionate about music and loves expressing his love for Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, and Andrea Bocelli, through singing.

Speaking to RNIB Connect Radio’s Simon Pauley, Danny shares with us his version of Elvis Presley’s ‘Blue Suede Shoes’ and also tells us how he “just gets on with it” by never letting sight loss stop him from doing what he aspires to.
