January 2018, it is a typical beautiful day for the people of New Hanavor. Surrounded by the lush sugar cane fields and beautiful scenery a farmer and his grandson decide to go on a fishing trip. What was supposed to be a day filled with happiness and creating new memories soon become a horror story that no one would ever forget. As they would make their way along the road adjacent to the sugar cane fields they would see the body of a 20 year old female burnt so badly that all you could see was the shiny silver nail polish on her hands and feet.

Sholin Bissoon also attended the school & this is where the two would meet & eventually become high school sweetheart until after two years of dating Kimeera broke it off. Unwilling to accept their break-up, Bissoon bludgeoned his former girlfriend with a frying pan, stabbed her in the chest and dumped her body in a sugarcane field

In the early hours of 3 March 2014 Mrs Dolly Singh arrived home after a night out with friends, when she found the lifeless body of her daughter, Ashika Singh, on her bed. She had been strangled. The house had been ransacked but It wasn’t Ashika’s missing phone or car that rang alarm bells, it was her missing live-in boyfriend that was.
