In this episode I discuss briefly how we, at times send out a text message as if we are really concerned about the recipient of the text, when in all honesty some texts are more about trying to prompt or elicit a reaction that the person sending the text was really desiring. So this is another form of being selfish. I give an example of how to be selfless.

We all have heard that we have to put ourselves first in order to be able to take into consideration the needs and wants, likes and dislikes of others. But at the same time we've all have heard that we have to die to self and not be self-centered and self-absorbed. So where's the balance at? In this episode I will briefly discuss what I mean by selfless selfishness and then go into some brief ways in which I personally practice self less selfishness.
