Just Juicin' Around

On this fantastic episode, I am joined by fan of the show and all things DC and Marvel, Kevin! Starting our friendship (yes on the Discord as well) we have had many conversations between us as well as other friends as well, and it was just a matter of time until he was going to show up.

We start our conversation with a (somewhat deep-dive) spoiler discussion at the (04:08 minute mark) on DC's recent Crisis Event that literally re-started the beloved universe YET AGAIN, Dark Nights: Death Metal. Written by: Scott "Skull Crusher" Snyder, and Inked by: Greg "Constrictor" Capullo (these are given Nicknames created by them for themselves, FREAKING AWESOME), juicin' around with what we loved, what is crazy about it, why it is such a big deal, and why you need to read it immediately if you want to know what is happening in the DC Multiverse currently.

Then in the second half (at the 54:09 minute mark) we jump to a completely different Fan Universe and talk about Marvel Entertainment! Kicking off Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe on Disney+; Disney and the folks at Marvel gave us the most beloved Miniseries, WandaVision. As well as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and ESPECIALLY the First Season of Loki. While they did kickoff Phase 4 on Disney+, we have also been gifted the glorious comeback of the Movie Theater Experience with the amazingly shot Cinematic Adventure, Black Widow, which Kevin and I definitely talk about and decide whether the order of release was the best call to make or not.

We had a lot of fun with this conversation and we hope you enjoy as well! Until next week, we're... Just Juicin' Around.

Your boy's flying solo today giving you some thoughts on the recently released Movies we've received! Starting with "Space Jam: A New Legacy", going to "F9: The Fast Saga" and finishing off with Marvel Studios' newest addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, kicking off Phase 4 "Black Widow" (in the Theatrical Experience because Phase 4 technically started with those ever so popular Disney+ Limited Series).

Give me a listen see if my opinion matches yours, and if it doesn't awesome, I'd love to hear your thoughts because... it's all subjective and we're..... Just Juicin' Around.

Today, on a not so great microphone, I'm coming at you, wherever it is you are, to give you a recommendation that I really think some of you will enjoy.  Written by Scott Snyder and Inked by Greg Cappullo, Dark Knight's Death Metal Graphic Novel has literally RESET the entire History of DC Comics. It takes us to different Crisis Events, it makes us care for side Villains and Supervillains we hadn't cared about before, whom we have maybe wanted to care for in the past. It also makes us wonder, WHAT THE HELL HAPPENS NOW?! This is just a taste of what will be dissected very soon here on Just Juicin' Around and is also a test of who actually listens to the Show. Give a listen and do the task that is given to you in the Show and we'll see how it turns out. Until next time, We're...  Just Juicin' Around

On Today's episode of Just Juicin' Around we have a very fun and adventurous episode lined up for you as we dive in and "Kidnap and ravage and don't give a hoot, stand up me Hearties YO HO" dissect and revel in the ever so popular and ever so loved Pirates of the Caribbean Trilogy.  And with that, we had to have a guest who not only is a first time appearance on our show, but is an all time lover of all things Disney such as myself. She is a person who is just as loving and accepting as I am and is someone who just might be on the same level as another friend of mine as Popular Podcast Guest (really just a rumor at this point), Meg Webber. She is a friend whom I've come to appreciate in knowing and it's all thanks to The Online Discord Server, although more so thanks to the ever so popular podcast show Mad About Movies.

Today is a Trilogy Day for all of you. Whether you've seen them all, only the Trilogy, or haven't seen them at all since they were released, this Episode is for anyone and everyone who might want to know what we here at Just Juicin' Around think about the ever so popular Disney Trilogy. We talk about the Highs more than the Lows, and we share everything that we believe deserves to be mentioned. Are all three Movies as good as the last? Is Elizabeth Swann the King we all want and or need? Are the other two movies even worth a breath of thought? These questions and more are exactly what we will be juicin' around with today. Links to the reviews of these movies on Letterboxd will be shared below.

And to round out the episode we will also be giving you some of our thoughts on one of the ever so popular MCU Disney Plus Series that made its debut only at the start of this year, WandaVision. Please give us listen, leave a rating and review on Apple Podcasts if that is your feed of choice, Spotify, Google, Overcast, Web Browser and thank you all so much for listening and following along!!! Until next time, we're...

On today's episode of Just Juicin' Around, we welcome a first time guest onto the show, The host of Comics & Cinema, Alex Klein. After starting a friendship that started from, yet again, The Discord, and expanding to us creating our own separate Podcasts; he was one of many people who actually got me into wanting to do just that.

Being ever so kind as to having me on his own show (where we talk just as long about Zack Snyder's Justice League, as we do here, the link to which you can find below), he then agreed to lend his voice over here and have a very fun and unique conversation about my favorite Batman Movie, Batman Forever... Yeah, that's right. I said it, Batman Forever is my Favorite Batman Movie and I will support this claim. Is this Movie as good as I think and say it is? Does a Director's Cut of sorts exist? Is that even Harvey Dent/Two Face at all?!?! These questions and more are some of the many topics we cover in this very immersive and extremely fun conversation.

We share a scene by scene breakdown, as well as our overall thoughts and opinions on the film as a whole, followed by a rating and a review (a link to which can also be found below).  Please leave a rating and/or review on Apple Podcasts if that is your feed of choice, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Overcast and Web Browser and Thank you all so much for listening and following along!! Until next time we're... Just Juicin' Around.
