This week we are chatting with Sterling Jay, a life coach for Catholic moms. Sterling is an amazing example of a woman who knows what she wants and goes and gets it and takes on whatever obstacles come her way through it all. What I love about Sterling as a businesswoman, is that she is always trying new things and is a great example of doing things how she wants. Sterling has a unique business model for life coaches and is working on growing a membership. What’s interesting about starting a membership, is that it is definitely a different mind game than 1:1 coaching. I loved hearing Sterling’s thoughts on trusting yourself and your decisions even when your path doesn’t look like other people’s path, or even the path you originally thought it would take. So let’s hear it!
