How do you navigate through the pain and disappointment you experience when your church family lets you down? Do ever really heal?

I haven’t recorded something in a while, it almost feels like I haven’t been taking to myself! So today I just decided to break the ice because i deserve to hear from me.

A review of the first 6 months of the year. Out of my comfort zone and into this crazy uncomfortable season.

It’s a bitter sweet moment as I am about to close this chapter of my life. My 20’s have been nothing short of a rollercoaster, with the highest of highs and lowest of lows. Listen as I take you through what the past 9 years have taught me.

My mom wasn’t a monster, I believe she stayed true to herself in the decisions she made. She married young and had kids very young one after the other #trauma, she probably realised when she was in it that she really couldn’t handle it. Was it a good decision? I don’t agree, but she did what she needed to do and we turned out just fine because God was and still is always on our side.
